Heath Snodgrass operates O & W Dairy as fifth-generation farmer

The Food Day Omaha team spoke in 2020 with Heath Snodgrass, manager of non-milking livestock at O & W Dairy, a dairy farm south of Royal, Nebraska. A fifth-generation farmer at O & W Dairy, Snodgrass says his great-grandfather and grandfather started the operation, milking their cows by hand when they first began.
In the interview, Snodgrass discussed his work on his family's farm as well as how the operation supplied dairy products to local businesses and grocery stores during the worst of COVID-19.
