Description of booth activities/materials you intend to hand out. Hands-on/interactive activities are STRONGLY encouraged! Sorry, we cannot provide electricity. Please keep that in mind as you plan. More details on the event-day logistics will be sent out prior to the event. Disclaimer: If you plan to sell any products at your booth, please indicate so on your application. Additional rules and fees may apply. If you're planning to do any cooking demonstrations or bring any food samples, you must be compliant with Douglas County Health Department regulations. Please keep in mind that temporary permits must be requested at least 2 weeks before the event.

We will provide 1 table and 2 chairs for your organization. If you need more or have any other special requests, let us know here.
